RulerMaster of the Mask. In this Joseon drama, a young crown prince fights against the powerful political organization that is slowly destroying the country, often disguising himself as a commoner to accomplish his goal.
Thedrama involves romance, action and court politics as the Crown prince, Lee Sun fights heroically on behalf of the people and Han Ga Eun finds herself falling in love with him instead of avenging the execution of her father at hishands.
Ittook 14 episodes to get to that point, lol. This drama was pretty much a waste of KSH and severely limited her acting; this may have been due to the dry writing of Ga Eun's character or the director. Female protagonists in historical dramas seem to be similar in their one-dimensional qualities: emotional, "damsel-in-distress," and submissive.
